Repair & Maintenance

We offer a cast-iron welding department for the repair of cylinder heads and many other replacement parts. Our large surface grinder enables us to furnish a component to the proper finish. We also have the capability to repair connecting rods. We have a large inventory of reconditioned replacement parts that consist of connecting rods and crank shafts. Our maintenance crews remain the most diversified and experienced in West Texas; they have the capabilities to perform at any location with the available equipment to handle all overhauls.

​Field Services 

At United, assembling subcomponents by proper procedures is a conscious effort made by experienced, well-trained specialists. Detailed procedures are followed and all details are noted, documented, and recorded (such as torque values, micrometer dimensions, feeler gauge clearances, etc.) upon assembly. We perform all major overhauls, engine upgrades, and clean burn modifications.
